At Roseline’s Farm & Bakery...
...Our mission is to cook and bake with fresh and high quality ingredients — and that means, when possible, we use our own produce that we grow right here on our farm next to our bakery! Before our bakery-café’s grand opening in August 2009, we were a local produce stand. We still grow and sell our large variety of vegetables in the summer months in addition to firewood, hay, and pumpkins during the appropriate seasons. Our bakery is located in beautiful Sussex County, NJ.
At our bakery-café, we prepare our delicious sandwiches, soups, muffins, scones, pies, quiche, and smoothies with locally grown produce and produce grown here on our farm, including asparagus, tomatoes, garlic, potatoes, leeks, zucchini, herbs, and much more. We make our quiches with a special (and super flakey) all-butter herb crust from herbs that are grown in our herb garden. Our honey is produced from our bee hives on our farm behind the bakery, and we raise free-range hens for fresh brown eggs.
We try our best to use natural ingredients — that means, we don’t use pesticides on our farm and we try our best to use all-natural ingredients in our baked goods (such as unbleached flour and USDA Organic Cornmeal). We offer fair-trade, rainforest-certified, and organic coffees, and our pies, smoothies, and soups are made from scratch with fresh fruits and vegetables.
We welcome you to come by and try our baked goods and sandwiches, made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Relax on our comfy couch — or better yet— sit outside and enjoy the summer weather and beautiful scenery of our farm while enjoying great coffee and delicious food.
